About the instructor
Jennifer began Hol:Life Hub after following her own holistic health journey. Following the birth of her daughters, Jennifer became extremely interested in healthier options for her family. From food and exercise to detoxing her house, she wanted to learn as much as she could. With her desire for continuing education, she decided to go back to school for Natural Nutrition and in January 2017 she graduated with merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is located in Mt. Brydges, ON.
Areas of Specialty:
- Holistic Lifestyle
- Plant-based Cooking and Living
- Home & Beauty Product Detox
- Natural Nutrition and Supplements
- Kombucha Brewing
After spending enormous amounts of time researching various topics for my own health concerns as well as for my blog, I thought there had to be an easier way. Once completing school it was my goal to provide a place where people could come and learn how simple reclaiming their well-being could be.
Jennifer is a mom of two girls and is a practicing Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Her wellness journey has spanned many years and she has worked alongside various natural healthcare practitioners including Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and Naturopathic Doctors.
When she’s not busy developing workshops or creating recipes, Jennifer can be found growing her own food in her large backyard garden or whipping up a batch of kombucha or sprouts. She is a big proponent of self-care and relishes the mental relaxation of a good run or yoga class as well as spending time with friends enjoying good food, good wine and good conversation.
